hay umiinit ulo ko sa globe... first point, baket nila pinapainput un globe number mo pagkatawag mo, tapos pag nakausap mo un service rep nila, ipapadictate din naman un number. second point, eto un usapan namen nun CSR:

me: papaactivate ko po un globe roaming ko. nawalan kasi ako ng signal
CSR: so ma'am, nakaroaming po kau?
me: (watda, wala ngang signal eh!!) ndi, kasi wala nga akong signal db.
CSR: ah, sige po ma'am. itry po naten iactivate
CSR: ma'am, nagoverride eh
me: anung ibig sabihin ng nagoverride?!
CSR: di po tinanggap.
me: ok.......
CSR: nitry nyo po bang iextend un roaming service via text?
me: eh wala nga akong signal db. pde ba ako magsend ng text kung wala akong signal.
CSR: ah.. ndi po.
me: (super gggrrrr na)
CSR: baket po ba kau nawalan ng signal?
me: nawalan ako ng load...
CSR: ah ganun ba, nakatanggap po ba kau ng text na deactivated na ung roaming?
me: eh wala ngang signal!

hay pangalawang kaadikan na ng globe to ah. nun dati na tumawag ako... tinanung saken kung san ang location ko. sabi ko switzerland... after a few clicks, sabi ni CSR, so ma'am nasa US po kau noh?! sabi ko, ndi, switzerland nga... ang sagot ba naman saken, ah country po ba un!?! waaaah!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS nalang sa lahat... nakakalungkot, wala akong matatanggap na spam christmas text waah!!
